Infinite Campus

Welcome to the Cedar Rapids Community Schools Infinite Campus Portal! Infinite Campus is a new student information system that is replacing PowerSchool.

Since we are starting the school year with a new student information system, we need your help to verify your student’s critical information. This must be done inside the Campus Parent Portal and instructions to set up your account are below. Once you successfully log in to your new Campus Parent Portal account, please complete the Online Verification to verify your student’s information. It is essential that CRCSD has your most up-to-date information so that we may best support your child(ren) and your family.

Please complete this verification process before the first day of school, 8/26/19.

To create your "Campus Parent" portal account:

1. Access the Campus Parent login page directly at:

https://campus.crschools.us/campus/portal/cedarrapids.jsp

(This link can also be found on our district website under the “Quick Links” menu at the top of the page or on the main menu. Click the “Infinite Campus” link then the “Parent and Student Portal” link on this page.)

2. Click on the link: "New User?" This can be found at the bottom of the left side under login.

3. Enter your personalized 32-digit Activation key (sent in a previous letter) and click on the Submit button.

NOTE: If you do not have an activation code, please call the main office at 558-2348.

4. You can now create your own username and password for your Campus Parent account.

To complete online verification:

1. Go back to the the Campus Parent login page at

https://campus.crschools.us/campus/portal/cedarrapids.jsp

2. Login to your new Campus Parent Portal account using you newly created username and password.

3. Once on the portal go to the drop down menu and click “more”

4. Click on “Online Registration” and then “Click Here to go to Existing Student Verification”.

5. Clicking on “Begin Verification” will lead you through the process to verify your student’s information (such as household contacts, emergency contacts, health updates, etc).

Please note that this parent account is intended to be used by parents/guardians and will allow you to access information on all students in your household. If you do not have access to a computer or need assistance, please call or stop by McKinley.
